Cream butter, add sugar and lemon rind. Add 4 hard crushed yolks and 4 raw yolks. Add flour gradually and refrigerate at least a few hours. Make tiny wreaths around finger, dip in raw egg whites then in colored sugar on one side. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. When cool sprinkle with more confectioners sugar.{$7e}(Original recipe for 10)
