Cream butter, add sugar and lemon rind. Add 4 hard crushed yolks and 4 raw yolks. Add flour gradually and refrigerate at least a few hours. Make tiny wreaths around finger, dip in raw egg whites then in colored sugar on one side. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
